The turnaround for the December event was exceptional. We confirmed attendance for 30 sites for a promotional day with less than 3 weeks to organize. Hels Belles office service got confirmed staff in place within a couple of days, and kept me informed with their level of experience on our brands, and sent through their profile pictures. The invoice was sent through in a timely manner.

When this event was replicated in March, Helena booked as many girls as possible that had worked the event the first time round, so they had more knowledge of the depots upon arriving, this event was manned brilliantly, with the girls enthusiastic to sell. 

I am extremely impressed with the knowledge of our products, and the demeanour of every member of Hels Belles staff that I have interacted with.  The girls are extremely astute, and understand the objectives of the day.  Where there have been questions, the girls have either contacted me via Helena, or called me directly to clarify areas of confusion.

Hels Belles have the ability to quickly engage in a piece of activity and whilst we have always strived to ensure a maximum amount of notice is given there have been times when we have needed to react to something quickly and this has always been embraced by the team.  We recently needed a last minute execution for our new Premium Cider Brand; the team at Hels Belles executed a VIP customer invitation initiative within a week, which was exactly as required.
