HELENA LK JONES - DIRECTOR

Helena trained at Dance College for 2 years and became a professional dancer, following this she worked abroad dancing in cabaret shows for over 4 years performing in casinos & hotels all over the world. After this period Helena became a full-time dance instructor teaching all varieties of dance to adults and getting involved with hospitality, modelling and TV.

Some of her bookings involved dancing on summer roadshows for the ‘Daily Express’ & ‘Daily Star’, a Ringcard girl for all the big fights on ‘Sky TV’ representing boxers such as Chris Eubank, Prince Naseem, Lennox Lewis, Frank Bruno and Nigel Benn to name a few.

Hospitality became an increasingly large percentage of her work and involved celebrity golf events in Europe as an organiser & events manager. Hospitality bookings also followed included organising key events on behalf of England Rugby at Twickenham, horse racing at Cheltenham, and Cartier polo at Windsor.

Helena decided that working in the market for many years there was a need for a top end, professional staffing agency that provided only the ’very best in class’ promotional models & professionals in the field. Hels Belles was then created as a new & exciting agency & has grown year on year as the reputation has spread amongst clients and models in the industry nationwide.

REBECCA LAMB - EVENTS CO-ORDINATOR

Rebecca left school after doing A levels and proceeded to work in Customer Service before entering the world of sales. Initially selling vehicle finance to car dealerships she progressed onto drinks brands and became an Account Manager for a leading lager import and Distribution Company and then a major Alco-pops brand.

Whilst arranging promotional nights and product launches for these labels she became involved in corporate hospitality through an International Events company and worked at many major sporting events including the Football World Cup, Grand Prix, Horse Racing, Boxing, International Rugby and World Superbikes to name but a few.

She has been involved with the arranging and running of corporate parties, conferences, charity balls, corporate days out and the sales and marketing of various brand campaigns.

ALISON SHERMAN - HEAD BOOKER

Alison trained at catering college following her passion for hospitality & food. After college she pursued a career in the hotel industry working for Hoteliers including Sheraton, Copthorne, Ramada & Hilton. Roles included conference & banqueting manager and also as a sales manager. Following on from this Alison settled down in Bristol working at Conference Connections as an ‘events co-ordinator’. In February 2009 Alison joined Hels Belles Model Agency as the head booker & event organiser.

CARA LINES - ASSISTANT BOOKER

Cara trained at college in travel & tourism as she loved the travel industry. After graduating Cara then travelled the world for a year following her passion. Coming back to the UK she made the decision to work for Monarch Airlines as crew Carrying on to Virgin Airlines where she worked for another 4 years as cabin crew. Cara joined Hels Belles in February 2008.

PAULA HEWITT - ACCOUNTS

Paula trained at college doing secretarial & business on the ‘London Chamber of Commerce' course’ in Bath. She then travelled abroad to Miami for two years and trained as a keep fit instructor. Coming back to the UK Paula then opened her own ladies beauty & fitness centre in Bristol which she successfully ran for 6 years. On starting a family she decided to sell the business & organised a ladies clothing business which involved fund raising for organisations and charities holding fashion shows and selling a variety of fashion at events. Paula has also been involved in promotions & hospitality events including Benson & Hedges cigarettes, Original Radio and has also been involved organising a variety of drinks events for various blue chip companies. Paula then joined Hels Belles Model Agency in 2005.

JESSICA DAVIES - CREATIVE

Jessica has just graduated from University in ‘Design’ and is our newest Hels Belles member and works on our creative side. Jessica designs various details on the HB website & monitors all reporting for HB clients.
